What is Student`s Scientific Conference?

Every year a Students` Scientific Conference is organized at Jessenius Faculty of Medicine. It is a form of how students can present the results of their work. Conference is usually organized in April (summer semester) and has a competitive character, i.e. the best presentations are awarded.  

It is usually organized in sections:  

Section of Theoretical Disciplines

Section of Pre-Clinical Disciplines

Section of Clinical Disciplines 

Section of Non-Medical Study Programmes 

The expert jury will select the best presentations in each section and award:  

            1st place – surprise  

            2nd place – surprise  

            3rd place  - surprise  

            including a certificate and gifts  

Student`s audience can vote via mobile phone for best student presentation during each section. Students who receive the most votes in the section will receive a prize in kind. Of the students who took part in the voting in the section, one student will be drawn to receive a reward in kind.
